Can it be charge with USB-C also? null

it doesn't charge via usb-c. it only charges through the charging barrel port.

No. They decided to not add the weight of a transformer so you have to use the cord with a small brick. Actually I have had no need to do anymore than charging it every other night. It has held a charge for 10+ hrs of use.
