• yes, I have this problem. I found no solution for it and my warranty is expired, however

• Yes I get it at least 4 times a day seems it's a ram issue but can't replace since it's soldered on the motherboard unfortunately

• Not that I am aware of. Know of approximately 2 dozen customers with this laptop including mine which is on aprox 16 hours a day and no Blue Death
