Just the power cord. As far a programs, they pretty much sell bare units these days. You get free virus protection from McAfee - DO NOT RENEW OR SIGN UP FOR MCAFEE, ONCE THEY GET YOUR cc NUMBER THE ONLY WAY TO GET RID OF THEM IS CALL CC COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. This being said I think BB offers a free virus program for a year or so. Personally I am going to return mine. Does screwy things - screen size gets larger if your finger glances over controls, then cant figure out how to reduce. If the cursor is any where near the "x" all web sites disappear. No safety question like in windows 7. Could just be windows 10, but I have an older windows 10 unit with no such problems. It is going back.
