“Do you find the volume of the sound acceptable without needing earphones? I purchased one of these and returned it because, even in a quiet room I could hardly hear videos. Defective or is it normal for this laptop to not have ample volume at max volume?”

Theres definetely an issue with the output being acceptable...especially when the laptop isnt on a hard surface....it seems like there should be a software fix...I have a small bluetooth speaker that I keep handy but it is stupid to have to use it...the price was discounted significantly so Im ok forb the few instanmces Ive had to dig it out.. ...but maybe thats why the price reduction...?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I submitted this question and then returned the laptop thinking it was inadequate or defective... before I learned there are 2 different places you can adjust the volume.. love everything about this laptop, and volume is not an issue.
