Yes it does. It's located in the upper right hand corner of the keyboard. I own this model and am using it right now.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does have s fingerprint reader, and it's the power button at the top right of the keyboard. However, don't order from best buy dot com. I ordered one, but was shipped the wrong item, and best buy isn't wanting to let me return the item. If you do order from their online site, have it delivered to a local best buy store so you can review the order and reject it if needed. Best Buy told me to take the issue up with local law enforcement. It is what it is, but i will never order from best buy and have it delivered to my home, again. It looks like it's gonna be a $1700 lesson.
