“Are the fans loud when doing simple tasks? Because of the fan design being the same as the Book Alpha, but only a tiny bit bigger, I am skeptical whether it'll be loud as a 14" laptop runs more quieter. Though size does might be affecting it.”

I cannot hear any noises like that. Quiet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the laptop as my primary computer, work from home, and have it on a stand next to my desk. To my ears, the fan is very quiet, and I rarely notice when it is running. Unless you have very sensitive hearing, I don't think you'll have a problem with fan noise.
