• if you click fn + f11 you can easilly adjust the fan settings i keep mine on silent, not the default optimized its really great and quiet fn is on the bottom left nexto the windows tab just click it along with f11 on top of the number 0

• You can change the performance mode to Quiet or Silent in Samsung Settings or Pressing the Fn Option on the F11 Key.

• Don't understand the question. Are you talking about a case for the laptop? And to protect the keyboard, you just have to close the top.
