Please try again later.Al computers sold by major manufacturers and retailers will have an operating system (OS) pre-installed, whether it is Windows or Apple, unless it SPECIFICALLY SAYS OTHERWISE. Also, if you look at the small blue print/links on the upper left of the page, you will see that the categories are "Best Buy . Computers & Tablets . Laptops . All Laptops . Windows Laptops," indicating what category the item would fit under.
