Howdy Victhekid, thanks for taking the available time out of your day to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360. That's a good question! The warranty commences upon the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser or, in the case of a device, initial set-up and activation and continues through the Limited Warranty Period and is valid only on Samsung products purchased from Samsung or a Samsung authorized reseller and used in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia unless you enter into a separate written agreement with Samsung. This warranty does not apply to refurbished devices as they have their own designated warranty periods; typically, 90 days.
