Q: QuestionI bought the computer above in October. It is just not the right fit for me. I purchased the protection plan and was told I could bring it back anytime. What do I need to do to return it?

• A:Answer I have the same computer, For me it's the rite fit.... But in your case, if it's not the rite one for you, you can bring it back to the store you bought it at, and you can return it or you can ask to do a trade in... Basically you would trade in your current Laptop and get something that suits you....

• A:Answer Unfortunately this laptop does struggle with glare. You definitely wouldn't want to use it outside on a sunny day. Otherwise, with the right lighting indoors, the display is beautiful.

Q: QuestionI have 2 2560x1440@165Hz monitors I'd like to use w/ this, is there any way to do that? I'm guessing the HDMI port is nerfed and you have to use one of the Thunderbolt ports for power

• A:Answer All the reviews that I have seen show that the HDMI is limited to 1.4 spec so no you would only be able to get 60hz out of that port. Either of the thunderbolt 4 ports will get you what you need though and can also charge at same time if monitor supports.

Q: QuestionSince updating to Windows 11, the camera will not work! Have any other purchasers had this issue? I've been told by Samsung and Geek Squad, that there isn't a driver to work with this camera in Windows 11. Any thoughts?

• A:Answer I purchased this laptop in August 2023 and the battery started failing within 3 months. It would not charge with the samsung charger provided and would be dead the majority of the time. I was able to resolve the issue, but within a month the battery no longer even charges when plugged in and it says it's charging. so, to answer your question - the battery will maybe last for 6 months, if that.
