- Answer SSD is upgradeable, not the RAM. The ram is not upgradeable, it is already soldered into the motherboard. Check the pics out when I upgraded the ultra with 2 more TB in the empty slot.

- Answer Best Buy employee here, windows laptop trade-ins are very dependent on what the value would be. Take the laptop in store to get the most accurate trade in value, as the online method is not the easiest if you are not familiar with the grading system.
