If you know what you are doing, you can buy a Spanish keyboard and put it on yourself, or you can pay a technician to do it for you . There might also be a keyboard overlay you can buy that will do it. Otherwise, you can change the language to Spanish and use special key combinations to access the special Spanish letters/symbols, like an upside down question mark or exclamation, the "n" with a tilde, etc.
