Furthermore. a search on the Samsung website produced the information that the X1-26-100, which is the CPU in this laptop, is a "Snapdragon X - 3.0GHz 8-core (X1-26-100)." This definitely clinches it as a REGULAR Snapdragon X, not even an X Plus. The latter would clock in at 3.2GHz, and the Elite models start at 3.4GHz (at least for Samsung).
