Check for updates, there was one just recently. It may help?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems to be an issue with the buds, I have had mine a year and have had the same issues. Samsung customer support site says: "If your phone cannot connect to one or both of your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue." First of all, I auto update their Wearable app so it's not out of date. Second of all, it's happened nearly every time I wear them and move around for a year, it's not an occasional issue. Third, I did not buy bluetooth buds to reconnect them every 5 minutes. I have a pair of original Buds that are 4 years old that work every time with the same phone. The "Live" have really not worked reliably since I got them a year ago. I wish I had taken them back. Anyways, try the above if you want but I'd recommend returning them for another brand that works.
