“I bought these just a week ago, and like the sound quality. The issue is with talking on the phone. Everyone I talk to says it picks up so much noise it's distracting, even with cancelling enabled. Is there something I can do about it?”

• I've found that turning the volume down helps tremendously

• I have found that using one helps but even then it still picks up EVERYTHING. Be aware of your surroundings
