• Hi, I would get in touch directly with Samsung's customer service, they might be able to help you get what you need. You could also simply go with a set of refurbished ones.

• You must pay for the whole set of earbuds. You cannot buy an individual earbud for the TWS as they rely on the same bluetooth connection.
