As long as your tv is bluetooth ready.  If so, they will connect.

Yes you can. Just as easy as connecting a Bluetooth device to your phone you can do with the TV as well. You'd go to your settings on your TV, then Bluetooth devices to either connect or pair the device, in this case the headphones.
