What is the best option to charge the case?
Will plugging it to a computer to charge it damage the battery in anyway? null

I have personally charged the Buds with my laptop with no issues. I have also charged them using my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra phone as well as my Playstation 4 and a power bank and I have not had any issues with any of them. I would say though that it seems to me that the fastest way to charge them is with the fast charge brick and cable plugged into a wall.

I'm not sure but I don't believe it will. I would recommend using the charging cord that came with your buds or another cord and power adapter from an outlet so you won't have any interruptions from charging.
