In the Galaxy Wearable app there's a setting near the bottom called "ambient noise." If you turn it off that should do it. You can also change what happens when you hold down on the earbuds, If I remember correctly they're set to turn ambient noise on/off, but I have mine set to change volume instead. Hope this helps!
