“I used the buds for the first time this morning during a walk outside. When calling multiple people the earbuds have a kind of echo sound from my ears almost as if I'm in a cave and the others dont hear me well . Is this to be expected outside?? Thanks!”

• I have the same experience it echoes each time im using it.

• Turn off the ambient sound cancelation
