Q: QuestionCan I switch them to mono manually? I want to listen to podcasts while walking with my wife, each having one bud.

• A:Answer Not as far as I'm aware, at least not with the official control app. The interface is honestly pretty simplistic. Option to configure the touch controls, turn on/off ambient noise mode, adjust ambient volume, and configure if ambient is on/off in calls. Oh, and an equalizer setting.

• A:Answer The battery has lasted me 8hrs before, so I think you are good. Plus if you charge them over your lunch break they will definitely last that long. The charge time on these guys are pretty quick

• A:Answer Definitely not. Just accidental handling and normal wear and tear. This is why credit cards from Chase and Amex come in handy. Purchase protection and cards such as those cover theft up to a certain amount.

Q: QuestionI have these earbuds and can not figure out why when I am running hills, the volume goes down on its own?? I don’t touch or anything. Also, my IPhone setting are not on any noise safety protocols, so for the life of me I can not figure it out.

• A:Answer Are you sweating? I had that issue with sweating where it seemed like it was doing something to the controls before the earbud finally quit. Unless it's jostling around maybe. Do yoy have the touch controls turned off? That might help...

• A:Answer I don't know about TVs but they work with Android aNd Iphone. I use them with my Google pixel 5 and a Vankyo s30 tablet with no issues. I'd imagine they'll pair with a tv just fine if you've used earbuds with it before. I don't know anything about pairing earbuds to a tv, but these work with all brands.
