“purchased a pair of galaxy+ earbuds and returning them. I only want the buds to answer and call on my J3 galaxy 2016. want to use them so I do not have to hold phone. did not allow me to answer incoming calls even with tapping. any suggestions”

• Did you go into the earbud settings on your phone? It also took some time for me to get used to tapping to hang up the phone. Also, be sure you choose either the left OR the right earbud to use to hang up the call.

• Make certain that your buds are connected to your phone via Bluetooth. Make sure you fully register your buds to your phone via the Samsung wearable app. When there is an incoming call, you should hear the call coming through on the buds. You should then answer by DOUBLE tapping one (either one) bud.
