Are these Ear Buds Voice Activated? Thanks null

I have used the voice-activated feature with Bixby, but to be honest I have yet to figure it out and get it to work properly. There is a steep learning curve to using it and I have never really had the patience to deal with it.

I'm sure you can use either Bixby or Google assistant with the ear buds to raise the volume change track ect.
