Hello Lennu, that's a really good question! When a second call comes in during a call, the earbuds will emit a beep. On Galaxy Buds, the caller's number or name, if they have been added to your Contacts, will be read aloud. To end the current call and answer the second call, touch and hold the touchpad. To place the current call on hold and answer the second call, touch the touchpad. To switch between the current call and the held call, touch the touchpad. ^Elizabeth

You can do it on your phone but there's no shortcut for that buds unfortunately. Just pick up and hang up.
