Yes, that is what I use them on as I have note 9 also. They work great. As for charging them with the note 9, I don't know. I just use the carrying case to recharge them as that carries them into the 8 hour plus range. The case charges relatively fast. Just plug the case, with the earbuds, at home to fully recharge.

The Buds have a case that charges both wirelessly and via USB-C cable, which is also included with the Buds. The case itself can charge the Buds for an estimated 7 additional hours' use before needing recharging.
