It does come with it. It's kind of hidden underneath the top of the box. There's a small white tab that you pull on and it's located there. Hope this helps.

On the inside cover of the top lid, you have to pull down the small lip of the SAMSUNG logo and it will reveal the information packet for all the information you think you are missing. I had to look too because I thought the information was forgotten. It is not. It is just packaged out of the way.
