• Just tap one of the earbuds while its ringing. Sound and microphone quality are great. No one on the other end ever even notices I'm not using my phone

• i double tap on mines but i also believe you can change this with the galaxy wear app for androids but i don't know about iPhone

• Double tap touch pad on earbud, same action used to hang up.
