Are they noise cancelation null

As like with most in ear buds, they aren't designed to cancel out all surrounding sounds like a head phone that covers the entire ear. They are designed with ambient sound that can be turned on so you can hear your surroundings but can control the amount of sound you hear. With that said while listening to music etc if ambient sound is turned off you can only hear what your listening too depending on your volume settings. I hope this helps.

They cancel most noise but not true noise cancelling.
