QuestionAre you able to pry the metal screen off of these like you can with the Galaxy Bud+? I get it may void any kind if warranty but the ability to do that is pretty much a necessity for me with my ear wax issues.

- Answer Doubt it. The second those are taken off you cant put them back on, theyre more of a metal grate that poorly serves its purpose.

- Answer Turn them in your ear, sometimes if they are not exactly right the sound sounds less loud. Download galaxy wearable app, it lets you adjust everything on them in there.

- Answer They automatically go into a sleep mode while in the case. You generally hear a beep as soon as you take them out to let you know they are on. Must be out of case to hear anything or pair them.
