- Answer Yes, you turn on the Touch Control in settings for earbuds and it will also tell you what side controls what. It can call and answer calls, turn up or down volume and skip or replay songs

- Answer I think these ear buds can work very well with your note 20 ultra phone because i believe that samsung has made these ear buds in mind with everything samsung. Furthermore, trying them out with your phone can't hurt, and on top of that. If they don't work well with your phone, you can always take, or send them back within a reasonable time frame.

The advertised Galaxy Buds3 FE can amplify high-frequency noises, such as saws or high-RPM tools, if used in Ambient Sound mode. To avoid this, you should disable Ambient Sound and use Active Noise Canceling or deactivate all noise controls. Hope that helps!
