I do not have small ears, at all. But one ear would not retain the 'hanging' style earbud at all. It fell out while biking to the gym, and it took a while to find it in the grass. It fell out twice at the gym, falling into equipment in one case. I had to return them after an hour of wear. While biking, because they are 'open' not sealed, the wind noise of a moderate biking speed of 10mph, made the music unenjoyable. Wind noise is not well suppressed by the active noise canceling. Frankly, it is a hard technical problem if the ear is not sealed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If they we anything like air pods 4 with anc, I can vigoursly shake my head and they don't fall out. From my understanding, they should be very close to air pod 4s, potentially better.

The advertised Galaxy Buds4 are an open-fit design for comfort. The Galaxy Buds4 Pros utilize an in-ear design with silicone tips for better isolation. Hope that helps!
