• I was already a Verizon customer, bought the phone at Best Buy. Best Buy activated and downloaded my contacts when I purchased the phone. One stop shopping.

• Best Buy will download your contacts, but you'll have to activate the phone yourself, either at a Verizon store or through the internet instructions.
