QuestionI damaged my Verizon cell phone this weekend and need to replace it. If I buy this phone at Best Buy, can I have it activated to my existing Verizon account at the store? Or do I need to go to a Verizon store? Can Best Buy download my contacts?

- Answer I was already a Verizon customer, bought the phone at Best Buy. Best Buy activated and downloaded my contacts when I purchased the phone. One stop shopping.

- Answer I was already an Verizon customer, so it worked great for me. This phone was not an unlocked phone that can be used for several companies when I purchased it. Only for Verizon.
