Very easy, but this is NOT a phone! The Fit2 is a fitness tracker/smartwatch. The Fit2 comes with an attachment that snaps to the back of the watch, and then you plug the USB end into a USB charger or power supply. Since the battery in this device is pretty small, charging doesn't take long.
