• I have noticed that some watch styles available in the Samsung App Store do provide a 24-hour clock-style setup. It all depends on the one you get. It is synced based on the time on your device, so if your phone is set to GMT, then it would show GMT.

• Yes there is an option for 24 hour time on the watch and in the Gear phone software.
