“what is the maxium distance the watch can be from the galaxy note ,and still recieve calls and texts i am a UPS driver i cant keep my phine attached to me ,however i can keep the watch on. i am sometimes up to 200 feet away from my truck where the galaxy note would be .would still like the watch to receive calls and texts”

The Galaxy Gear uses Bluetooth 4.0. Bluetooth 4.0 carries a max distance rating of 160ft. The Gear will vibrate/ notify you if you have moved out of range of your smartphone!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The GALAXY Gear has a maximum range of 25 feet outdoors. To attain a range of 200 feet a smart watch would have to be tethered via cellular which would probably drain the battery in a few hours.
