No just need to read the instructions in red book that came with new phone. It will tell you how to transfer minutes from old phone to new phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes with a sim card, but not a memory card. You need to talk to their tech support to get an answer for your old sim card. If you have a "flip phone", they can transfer your tel. number and minutes, but not your contacts. They are different operating systems. Hope this helps
