A:AnswerYes when you set up the phone call tracfone and let them know you have a preexisting service and they should be able to transwer the service. I had to do that when my son lost his tracfpone called them and had them transer the number.
A:AnswerI think the problem may be that you need to buy more "data." When you buy minutes - and we do it online - it gives you the option to buy add ons such as data. I have a feeling that this might be the problem. I don't think the problem is with the phone itself. Good luck!
