I have not had any issues with the phone Sorry to hear u didn't have a great experience
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The phone is fine; between us we owned 4 J7s with different carriers. My guess is that the phone may not be fully compatible with your carrier or the carrier did not set it up properly. We had some bugs, but they were related to the apps and the activation not the phone itself.
