It's hard to find a perfect case. Finally I got a Zizo Bolt case but even then the phone jack opening is slightly misaligned. I've had good luck with Supershieldz glass protectors. Beware of anything that does not mention Prime, there were a lot of variants on the basic J7 model. Even then you can get caught. I got protectors and case from Amazon. BTW when mine arrived it was a August 2017 build with Android 7.0- good phone!
