How does the Galaxy J7 Top compare to a Galaxy S4 null

I have had nothing but issues with this phone since I purchased it. And best buy isn't doing anything at all. They won't fix it, they won't return it, and they won't even send me a different phone. I wish I never bought it. And I don't know what to do about a phone I have that I'm paying for that doesn't even work!

Picture and sound is way better. It has way better reception of data inside a building when unable to use WIFI.
