“Does the “DOWNLOAD OFFLINE” feature work on Netflix for this tablet? I’m aware that Netflix works, but not all tablets can access the offline viewing feature.”

No you can’t but if your mobile ph have a hotspot and Youre in the car it’ll work, etc.
