Yes, but you should definately buy a memory card when you purchase the tablet. I was back at the store the next day!

Please try again later.Yes, you can in fact include any downloaded apps in Samsung Kids app. You can do it under parents section in the app. When you click on "see more" button under your child's profile and click on "Apps & Videos", there is an option 'Add apps from Device' . Once I do that, I see that app in "My Stuff" -> "My Apps"

Please try again later.yes you can add any app that's in the app store (or whatever the andriod equivalent is) but you'll have to get the actual kids mode app (not the pre-installed service that wants to charge you monthly for use). I know the actual kids mode app has a picture of a dinosaur on it - once you've downloaded all the apps you can allow up to like 36 to be seen within the kids mode app...sometimes the apps crash out and it returns to the full android mode - hopefully they will update that bug eventually.
