I know apple has adapters for SD CARD to USB. Or check out Best Buy.

Best bet is probably to use a USB on the go cable combined with a SD USB adapter.

Kingston has a handy device that doubles as both a card reader and external battery. I would take a look into one of those. Sandisk also has a media hub that may work for you. Your other option is an eyefi card if your camera can support it. One final solution would be to just use a micro sd/sd card adapter combo so you can just take the micro sd from the camera and insert it right into your tablet. Most micro sd cards come with sd adapters and you can get a decent capacity card for a pretty reasonable price.
