- Answer Yes you can. I didn't have any service to this phone for the first week I had it. i was able to set the whole thing up and download all of the games and apps I wanted by simply connecting it to the wifi in my house.

- Answer Straight Talk will work with this phone. It's what I have. Just makes sure that you get the micro sim for it. It's the only one that fits.

QuestionI see that the gold version says that it is only compatible with ATT and such but not Verizon but the specs says it runs on CDMA. My question is does the gold version actually not run on Verizon or is there an error on the website?
