Q: QuestionNot on android lollipop?This version is on KitKat 4.4. Although Samsung has released over the air upgrade for all note 4s. This version N910H is considered international or extraterrestrial :); Samsung has not released firmware update yet, not sure they will be? this version does not show up in there support site :D

• A:Answer The phone requires a 5 minute call in the United States with a U.S. sim card before it is fully unlocked. After that point, you can insert a card from any country.
