Is this the INTERNATIONAL Version? null

I think it only works in the US

It's an unlocked version that will work with any international GSM carrier. The device is an identical T-Mobile phone (N910T), but the software is a customized one that was approved by Samsung, hence the "TC" at the end of the model number, N910TC . if you don't like the current OS that ships with it, you can always flash the official T-Mobile version to get you Marshmallow 6. 0.1
