• not sure why there is a difference however best buy price matches all local competitors so it wont be a problem to get it for the 299.99 price

• Don't know, but when I picked up my phone I was only charged the $299.99 amount. Same as Sprint.

• Sprint originally put an upgrade price of 349, but decided to go with the 299 price. .The price is 299 at Best Buy as well. Just maybe hasnt been updated on the advertisement yet.
