You can get it on bestbuy and get $400 off the regular price ,and yes if you want to wait until Christmas all you have to do its swap the sims card .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This might be too late for you now but you can explain it is a gift so they do the whole upgrade without deactivating the old phone. Keep in mind if your husband has access to the account he may find out or get notified if the account is under his name but other than that you can explain and they will give you the phone ready to be used once your husband puts his sim card in. Keep in mind as well that if the sim card is not the correct size then you have to wait after Christmas to get a new card.
