I had to pay a $30 activation fee since I purchased from Best Buy. If you upgrade from Sprint online, they usually waive the $30 fee. However, I was able to get the Note 10 plus for $300 cheaper from Best Buy than from Sprint. The net $270 savings was well worth it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You normally get a $30 activation fee but when you buy from bestbuy it's normally added to the bill. Now going from a Note 9 to a 10+ depends on if you are upgrade eligible. Normally you would have to finish paying off your Note 9 and or turning it in. For this answer you will need to go to the store or call sprint customer care to find out what is owed on your phone.
